Shipping Information

After the order is shipped and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. 

Please allow 2 to 4 hours for the tracking information to update.

  • Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the minimum amount required, excluding discounted, sale, and oversized/overweight products.

  • The estimated delivery time (does not include weekends or public holidays) is from the date that your parcel was shipped.
  • Your parcel will be shipped with the most suitable carrier depends on size and weight. Parcels will be delivered at working days and working hours, please offer an available address where someone can accept it as a signature may be required.
  • Once your parcel arrived in your country, it will be passed to an internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.

 

For Undelivered Solution:

  • Parcels may take longer to arrive due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes that cannot be foreseen or avoided such as war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, then delivery will be postponed. In the event of such delays, a proper solution will be worked out by iKonMate to decrease your losses.
  • For Expedited Shipping Service, if the package does not arrive or is signed by others, please contact us within 1 month of shipment. Our representative of customer service will get back to you to offer a solution within 24-48 hours, overdue requests may not be processed.

 The entire process is usually completed within a 15-20 business days.

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES

iKonMate is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

 

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

 

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

My Tracking Says "No Information Available At The Moment".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a [PO BOX] or to a [MILITARY ADDRESS].

Return policy

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@gamebudss.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package and your Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
